For standard synthetic brush collections, the MOQ starts at 1,000 sets. For custom high-grade natural animal hair brushes (such as Saikoho goat hair or blue squirrel), our standard MOQ is 2,000 individual brushes per SKU, or 1,000 full sets. This is due to the detailed setup involved in sorting raw hair and designing custom metal molds.

Every batch of raw animal hair we source undergoes standard vet-checked processes in the country of origin. Once at our Guangzhou plant, the hair goes through multi-stage high-temperature washing, chemical disinfection, and steam sterilization. We can provide standard fumigation and veterinary certificates to support smooth customs clearance in the US, EU, and other countries.

Yes, our R&D engineers excel at reverse engineering. When you send us physical samples, we analyze the fiber blends, head dimensions, and handle weight distribution. We then provide digital CAD files and pre-production counter-samples for approval before mass production starts.

To prevent wooden handles from cracking or absorbing water, we apply a multi-layer polyurethane (PU) coat. Each wooden base is sanded, primed, painted, and sealed with transparent protective lacquer. This creates an airtight barrier that protects against water damage, alcohol cleaning, and daily wear.

Prototyping takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on handle complexity. Once samples are approved, mass production runs between 35 and 45 days. We also offer ocean and air shipping options to keep your delivery timelines on track.
